Then, I will personally do the showing whenever possible, listening and responding to feedback from our potential buyer. Finally, I will follow up with the prospective buyer (or their agent) to see how our listing fit in to the others they may have seen and to gather as much feedback as possible, so that you can know exactly how the sales process is proceeding. Basic salesmanship? Yes. Sadly, this level of service is severely lacking in our industry. My commitment to you is to be the best sales person that I can possibly be...and yes, I do ask for the order!

Depending on your property's location and features, we'll set up your own website complete with professionally produced photos (no cell phone photos here,) compelling descriptions of your property, and virtual tours that will be syndicated across multiple real estate listing websites. If appropriate, I will conduct open houses that are designed to sell your home (and not just as a tool for me to generate new listings while the public walks through your house.)
Once we find the perfect house for you, or the perfect buyers for your home, I will negotiate all aspects of the transaction to your benefit. This negotiation goes well beyond the price. The contract terms, inspections, dates and credits all need to be worked out, all to create a win-win transaction that closes on time. All of the latest California Association of Realtor's forms will be used along with convenient electronic signature and management using DocuSign. I will keep a communication log including details on all conversations with service providers, lenders and agents for you. At the end of our transaction, all of these signed documents and logs will be provided to you on a CD ROM upon request.
